摘要
利用ProCAST软件对涡轮壳进行三维建模,采用顶注三点式浇注方案进行充型、凝固模拟,观察高温合金K418涡轮壳铸造过程中的流场及温度场,模拟铸件充型过程以及凝固过程,确定铸造工艺,并对涡轮壳进行试浇与验证,最终得到质量良好的铸件。
The three-dimensional model of the turbine housing was set up by ProCAST, and top-three-point gating system was used in simulation of filling and solidification process. The casting process was determined by observation of the flow field and temperature field and simulation of filling and solidification for K418. Good quality of the turbine housing castings was obtained by pouring and verifying.
