摘要 利用金相显微镜、拉力试验机、硬度计等检测手段研究了Mn-Sb合金化对大断面高强度球墨铸铁显微组织和力学性能的影响,并对其影响机理进行了探讨。结果表明,Mn-Sb合金化可以提高石墨球化率,增加球墨数量、减小石墨球径,改善了石墨形态,增加珠光体数量,从而提高了铸件的抗拉强度、伸长率和硬度。Mn的质量分数为0.4%、Sb的质量分数为0.02%时,试样的抗拉强度不低于700 MPa,伸长率不低于5%,硬度可达258 HB。 The effect of Mn-Sb alloying on microstructure and mechanical properties of heavy section high strength nodular cast iron was investigated by means of metallographical microscope, hardness tester, universal tensile testing machine, and its mechanism was discussed. The results show that Mn-Sb alloying can improve the graphite nodularity, increase the number of graphite sphere, decrease the diameter of graphite sphere, improve the graphite morphology and increase the number of pearlite, which improvs the tensile strength, elongation and hardness of the castings.The tensile strength is more than 700 MPa, elongation is more than 5%, and hardness is 258 HB when nodular cast iron melts are added 0.4% Mn and 0.02% Sb.
