摘要
强力旋压成形是制造发动机连杆衬套的一种重要工艺方法,其成形过程中的加工精度至关重要。本文以壁厚差及扩径量为评价指标,利用灰色关联度分析法对正交试验数据进行了分析,研究了主要参数对工件尺寸精度的影响规律,获得了强力旋压连杆衬套最优工艺参数及对评价指标影响的主次顺序。结果表明:影响尺寸精度的主次顺序为:进给比>减薄率>旋轮工作角>旋轮圆角半径。
Power spinning is a kind of important technology to manufacture the engine connecting rod bushing. The machining accuracy is very important in the process of forming. Taking the difference of wall thickness and the expanding diameter as evaluation indicator, the orthogonal test data were analyzed by the method of grey correlation degree analysis. Influence of main parameters on the size precision of workpiece was studied. The optimal process parameters of the power spinning rod bushing and the order of influencing evaluation index were obtained. The results show that primary and secondary order of influencing size precision is the feed ratio 〉 the thinning rate 〉 the working angle 〉the round comer radius of the spinning wheel.
