摘要
研究了向X70管线钢焊缝中加入微量合金元素Ti对焊缝组织性能的影响。结果表明,加入适当的Ti微量元素可以有效地抑制先共析铁素体的析出,使焊缝得到细小均匀的针状铁素体。
The effect of trace metal elements such as Ti on performance of weld metal was studied. The results show that addition of metal trace element Ti can effectively suppress precipitation of grain boundary proeutectoid ferrite and get fine homogenous acicular ferrite.
