双金属复合管衬层裂缝缺陷浅析 被引量:4

摘要 对双金属复合管衬层裂缝缺陷进行了宏观分析,对双金属复合管进行了基层和衬层理化分析、衬层壁厚分析及热挤压工艺分析。结果表明:该缺陷是不合理的热挤压工艺以及较大的衬层各截面壁厚差造成的。优化热挤压工艺后,双金属复合管成品率大大提高,有效保证了双金属复合管质量。 Macro-analysis of the crack defects of the double metal composite pipe lining layer was carried out. The physical and chemical analysis of base layer and lining layer, wall thickness analysis of lining layer and hot extrusion process analysis for the double metal composite pipe were carded out. The results show that the defect is caused by unreasonable hot extrusion process and large wall thickness difference on each section of the lining layer. After optimization of the hot extrusion process, the finished product rate of the double metal composite tube is greatly improved, which effectively ensures the quality of double metal composite tube.
