There are contradictory opinions that are derived from Duhem- thesis and Duhem＇s notion of natural classification. Under the context of the limitations of epistemological methods of physics,the contradictions can be solved to some extent. Natural Classification,Physical Approximation and Duhem Thesis are limitations of epistemological methods of physics represented in Duhem＇s works. Under these limitations,physical theories are designed and developing to save the phenomena.
