The nature and basis of logic of science is a long time disputed topic discussed in the history of philosophy and logic. Heidegger discusses in details this problem from the viewpoints of Metaphysics and practical wisdom,which is helpful to overcome the one- sidedness of the analytical philosophy about metaphysics on the one hand,and also pave the way to propose the practical reasonable and informal logic on the other hand. The hermeneutic logic,developed on the basis of Heidegger＇s logical viewpoints,is a good example that logics applied into the philosophy. The rise of the hermeneutic logic predicts the vitality and developmental picture of logic of science,promotes the seepage and fusion of hermeneutics and analytical philosophy and has important theoretical and practical meaning.
