摘要 使用混合多相流模型和全空化模型数值模拟研究了不同针阀升程下伞喷喷嘴内部的燃油流动和空化特性。研究结果表明:随着针阀升程的不断增加,喷嘴质量流率呈先增长后减小的趋势,而燃油喷射速度则不断增加,尤其是在空化产生后,喷射速度会有显著的提高。最后研究了针阀升程对喷嘴内部湍动能的影响,发现在不同针阀升程下,喷嘴内部强湍流区的分布有较大变化。 A mixture model and a full cavitation model were chosen to study the characteristics of fuel flow and cavitation with different needle lifts. The results show that with the increase of needle lift, mass flow rate grows first and then decreases; but fuel injection rate increases constantly and increases remarkably after the cavitation has generated. The influence of needle lift on turbulence kinetic energy inside a conicalspray nozzle has also been studied, and results indicate that the distribution of strong turbulent zone varies greatly at different needle lifts.
