摘要 研究一种摆动导杆式烟苗移栽挖穴机,通过牵引机具地轮驱动四杆机构的急回特性实现挖穴刀具的近似零速作业。采用设计软件Pro/Engineer建立机具的三维模型与运动方程,进行运动学仿真分析,并对机具作业的不平衡惯性力、平衡块质量与结构、曲柄位置、工作摆杆长度等关键参数对作业质量的影响进行研究与优化分析。在生产中试制样机,进行田间试验,采用正交试验法对试验苗穴进行测量与评估,并优化出最佳作业参数组合。试验表明,牵引速度与挂接误差角对作业质量影响最大,生产中应注重调节。 In this paper,a kind of swing rod type tobacco seedling transplanting machine is studied,and the approximate zero speed operation of the digging cutter is realized by the quick return characteristic of four bar mechanism driven by the traction machine.Using design software Pro/Engineer to establish equipment of 3D models and equations of motion,kinematics simulation analysis,and unbalance inertia force of equipment operation,balancing mass and structure,crank position,put rod length of key parameters on the quality of working influence study and optimization analysis.In the production of the prototype,the field experiment,using the orthogonal test method to measure and evaluate the test seedlings,and optimize the combination of the best operating parameters.Tests showed that speed and traction hook angle error on the maximum quality of work,production should focus on regulation.
