微耕机噪声实验室间比对结果分析

Results analysis of handheld tillers noise comparison among laboratories

噪声是微耕机检测重要参数之一,为提高实验室出具检测报告数据的可靠性,维持实验室检测水平,组织开展实验室间比对活动,采用稳健Z比分数法,利用Excel建立数据处理模版对比对结果进行了分析,通过结果分析,除各有一家实验室比对结果可疑外,其他实验室比对结果为满意,结果表明,微耕机检测实验室水平基本保持一致。

Noise is one of the important parameters of handheld tillers test.In order to improve the reliability of test report data among laboratories,maintain the level of laboratory test,and carry out comparison activities among laboratories,the results were analyzed by using robust Zratio method to establish data processing model based on Excel.According to the results analysis,except that there was a suspicious of comparison results,other laboratory comparison results were satisfactory.The results showed that the level of handheld tillers was basically consistent with the laboratory level.
