摘要
以"WSSG—6430连栋温室"为试验大棚,以卷膜轴收起后的平直程度为标准,通过研究不同卷膜轴大小、厚度、长度及卷膜器类型对大棚顶部薄膜收卷效果的影响。结果表明,不同外径的卷膜轴和卷膜器的扭矩对卷膜轴的平直度影响不大,而卷膜轴加厚对提高卷膜轴的平直度贡献明显,不同长度卷膜轴的累计弯曲程度大小顺序为:60m>30m>50m>40m。综合考虑塑料大棚建设情况,最佳的顶部卷膜装置设计组合为:卷膜轴采用Φ25mm×2.9mm(加厚型)的热镀锌钢管,电动卷膜器的扭矩为100Nm,卷膜轴的长度为40m,并在内接卷膜轴末端增加配重,以提高塑料大棚顶部薄膜收卷效果。
Using the straight degree of the film roller as a standard to evaluate rolling performance with "WSSG—6430 multi-span greenhouse".Research different size,thickness and length of film roller,different type of film rolling device effect on top film's rolling performance.The result shows that,the size of the film roller and the torque of the film rolling device has no significant effect on the straightness of film roller,but the thickness of the film roller has significant effect on it.The bending level of different length of the film roller was 60m30m50m40m.The best equipment design of the top film rolling was the film roller of galvanized steel pipe wasΦ25mm×2.9mm(thickening type),the torque of automatic film rolling device was 100 Nm,and the length of film roller was40 m,and should add weight to the end of the film roller.
