摘要
对甘肃武威青贮种植主导品种先玉335号玉米粒进行试验研究,运用Pro/E建立三维模型,用ANSYS有限元法分析其在挤压载荷下的应力分布规律。在微机控制电子万能试验机进行挤压试验,试验测得含水率40.9%~47.8%的青贮玉米粒在三种挤压型式下的破碎负载为18.82~135.24N。试验结果表明,随着含水率增大,青贮玉米粒的挤压载荷逐渐减小;同一含水率下,不同的加载型式玉米粒的破碎负载不同,立卧时最小,侧卧时次之,平卧时最大;不同挤压型式下产生裂纹的形状、部位和规律不同。
Experiment is done using Xianyu 335 niblet the leading-products in Gansu Wuwei silage cultivation area.Three-dimensional model is built using Pro/E software,and then the stress distribution discipline under extrusion load is analyzed with ANSYS finite element software.Extrusion test is carried out using the microcomputer control electron universal testing machines,the result shows breaking load of silage niblet with moisture content differing from 40.9%to 47.8%ranges from 18.82~135.24 Nunder three different extrusion type.The result shows extrusion load of silage niblet decreases while the moisture content increases,breaking load of silage niblet with different load type differs under the same moisture content.When vertical lie was the minimum and the lie on the side and supine was the maximum.Different types of extruded produce shape,parts and patterns of cracks are different.
