摘要
拖拉机防翻架有助于降低对驾驶员的伤害,对其强度进行检查非常有必要,但是目前针对拖拉机翻车防护装置没有成熟的检测设备,为此开发一款用于测量其静态强度的试验台。首先介绍其总体方案,然后分别对机械支撑系统、液压系统和测量系统等内容进行设计与选型,进而完成整体试验台的设计和加工。在此基础上对某一拖拉机防翻架进行实际测试,试验结果表明,该防翻架上施加的压力值大约为13kN时变形量大约为235mm,此时两者的乘积大于1.4倍参考质量,表明该防翻架静强度满足要求。该试验结果也表明该试验台能够完成防翻架静态强度试验,所设计的试验台达到预期设计目的。
Tractor rollover protection Structure can protect the driver and it is very important to testing its strength but there is lack of mature products for the tractor rollover protection static strength testing sets.One of static strength testing sets for testing the tractor rollover protection was developed.Firstly,the whole scheme of the static strength testing set is introduced and then the mechanical support system,hydraulic system and control system are designed and developed respectively.Thereby the assembling and processing steps are done for the overall set.Then one rollover protection structure is tested based on this testing sets and the results show that the product of load and displacement is bigger than the 1.4times reference tractor mass when the load is 13 kN and the displacement is235 mm.It is shown that the system can realize the static strength testing and meets the design desire from the actual test results.
