某柴油机喷油提前角的优化匹配研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对配用电控单体泵的某增压柴油机,为合理匹配喷油提前角及柴油机性能,采用八工况法研究喷油提前角对柴油机排放与油耗的影响,确定了各工况最佳喷油提前角。结果表明:随喷油提前角的推迟,NOX排放降低,排气温度、排气背压与油耗率升高,烟度、HC与CO排放的变化比较复杂,功率变化较小;八工况最佳喷油提前角分别为-4°CA、-1°CA、-6°CA、0°CA、-10°CA、-9°CA、-8°CA与0°CA,NOX+HC排放降低了32%,CO与PM排放变化较小,但油耗率增加了4.56%。 In order to match the injection advance angle of turbocharged diesel engine using the electric monomer pump rationally,effects of injection advance angle on emissions and fuel consumption of a engine were studied by the eight-mode test cycle experiment,and the best fuel injection advance angles of eight modes were pointed out.The results show that as the injection advance angle postponed,the emission of NOXreduced,the exhaust temperature,exhaust pressure and fuel consumption elevated,the emission's change of smoke,HC and CO were complex,but the change of power were very small.The best eight-mode's injection advance angles were-4°CA,-1°CA,-6°CA,0°CA,-10°CA,-9°CA,-8°CA and 0°CA respectively.The emission of NOX +HC reduced 32%,but the fuel consumption increased 4.56 %.The change of the emission of CO and PM were very small.
