西北旱区玉米全膜双垄沟机械化播种技术与装备研究进展 被引量:26

摘要 玉米全膜双垄沟播技术抗旱、增产,被我国西北旱农区大面积推广,实现机械化膜上播种是必然趋势。本文从近10年来国内外的玉米全膜双垄沟播技术发展、相关机械化膜上播种技术及其配套农机装备现状进行阐述,归纳和讨论了目前玉米全膜双垄沟实现机械化膜上播种存在的问题与不足。对该领域的研究方向和前景进行了展望:重点开展基于直插破膜成穴特性播种方式的作业机理研究,并对其产量效应进行深入分析,以期满足玉米全膜双垄沟机械化膜上播种的农艺需求,为探索我国西北典型旱区玉米全膜双垄沟适宜的机械化膜上播种模式提供参考。 Furrow planting with whole plastic-film mulching on double ridges had been widely used in the arid region of northwest China,because it could resist drought and increase production.So the mechanical planting on film was an inevitable trend in farming.And summarized the research progress of mechanization planting technology and supporting agricultural machinery equipment for corn whole plastic-film mulching on double ridges,Which also analyzed and discussed the problems and shortcomings existed in current supporting mechanization planting technology and machinery equipment.The article carried out the expectation for the developing direction and application prospect in this field,which focused research the operation mechanism about direct insert precision hill-seeder and analyzed the effect of its production.In order to meet the demand of agronomy of corn whole plastic-film mulching on double ridges and also provide a reference for appropriate planting models of the mechanical sowing methods of corn whole plastic-film mulching on double ridges in the arid region of northwest China.
