摘要
为了解我国高等农林院校科技资源配置现状,搜集2011~2014年高等农林院校的面板数据,运用Malmquist生产力指数方法,分析高等农林院校全要素生产率的变动情况。研究结果显示,各年度高等农林院校的全要素生产率增长主要源于技术进步,技术进步指数平均值为1.022。高等农林院校中的"985"和"211"高校全要素生产率增长主要是纯技术效率提高和技术进步共同作用的结果,Malmquist生产率指数分别是1.255和1.347。从地区来看,华东、华南、西南和西北这四个区域的高等农林院校全要素生产率增长主要源于规模效率提高,四年间平均增幅为7.3%、22.6%、33.9%和3%。
In order to understand the current technical allocation situation of agricultural and forestry university,this paper analyses the changes of total factor productivity of agriculture and forestry university and employs the Malmquist index approach based on the panel data of agriculture and forestry university from 2011 to 2014.The results indicate that the annual growth of total factor productivity of agriculture and forestry university mainly depends on technological progress and the average index of technological advances is1.022.The growth of total factor productivity of"985"and "211"national key agricultural and forestry universities is the result of concurrent effect of pure technical efficiency and technological progress,and the Malmquist productivity index is respectively 1.255 and 1.347.From a regional aspect,the growth of total factor productivity of agriculture and forestry university in regions of east,southern,southwest and northwest of China is mainly due to the increase within the scope of efficient progress.The average increase amplitude was 7.3%、22.6%、33.9 % and 3%for the last for years.
