摘要
在当前经皮冠状动脉(冠脉)介入治疗(PCI)领域,钙化病变仍是增加操作难度和并发症以及导致患者预后不佳的重要因素之一[1-2].旋磨治疗(rotational atherectomy,RA)可去除钙化斑块,便于球囊及支架等器械输送至治疗部位,提高操作成功率[3-4].
