摘要
为更好的控制消旋卡多曲的原料药质量,本文针对欧洲药典已收录杂质和潜在杂质进行了系统性的合成研究,讨论并分析了其来源及其控制策略。
In order to control the quality of the drug substance Racecadotril API,the synthesis of the impurities,which were already included in the Ph. Eur. and the potential impurities,was systematicmally made. Their source and corresponding control strategy were discussed and analyzed.
