摘要 以维生素B1为起始原料,进行酯化反应得到多磷酸聚合物,再用盐酸进行水解,两步反应合成苯磷硫胺粗品。利用酸溶碱沉淀的方法将产品析出精制。优化后的工艺成本低廉、后处理简单、产品纯度高、收率高,并且对环境污染小。纯度可达99.3%,三步反应总收率45%。 Vitamin B1 was used as starting raw material to perform an esterification reaction to give thiamine polyphosphoester,which was then hydrolyzed by hydrochloric acid to obtain the crude product. Finally,the target product was obtained by refining with the method of alkali-solution and acid-isolation. The improved synthesis was considered to have the advantages of low cost,easy post-processing,high purity,high yield and enviromental pollution with the purity of 99. 3%,three-step reaction total yield of 45%.
