右美托咪定的非镇静作用--抗炎及器官保护被引量：7

摘要右美托咪定是一种新型高选择性α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,目前被广泛应用于重症监护室(ICU)重症患者的镇静。但近来研究表明,右美托咪定还具有很好的抗炎效应和器官保护作用,该作用的可能机制为激活胆碱能抗炎通路。
