供方视角下北京市某县村卫生室服务能力现状研究

Cross-sectional Study on the Service Capability in Village Clinics in a District of Beijing from the Perspective of the Supplier

目的了解京郊村卫生室服务能力现状,分析村卫生室在医疗服务中存在的问题,为提高村卫生室服务能力提供可行性建议。方法采取目的抽样的方法,选取北京市M县作为调研地点,抽取5个乡镇,采用问卷调查的方式对所抽取的5个乡镇的所有村医进行问卷调查。结果被调查的100名乡村医生平均年龄(56.94±8.80)岁。医学专业学历主要为中专,其中仅有5人持有执业(助理)医师证书。46.0%的村医认为村卫生室提供的基本医疗服务能够解决村民常见疾病,34.0%的村医认为村卫生室提供的公共卫生服务能够满足村民的基本需求。结论村医执业水平较低,应加强对村医队伍的培养与更新;村卫生室设备与药品管理有待完善,政府应加大支持力度;村卫生室服务存在功能欠缺,应完善村卫生室的服务功能。

OBJECTIVE To research the present situation of the village clinics＇ health service ability of the suburbs of Beijing,putforward the problems and provide feasible suggestions to improve the ability of village clinics＇ service. METHOD Adopt purposivesampling method, choose M County of Beijing as the research location and choose five towns, use the questionnaire survey to collectall village doctors of the five townships. RESULT Among the 100 surveyed rural doctors, the average age was（56.94±8.80） years old.Medical professional education was mainly secondary, and only 5 people hold practicing（assistant） physicians certificate. 46.0% ofthe village doctors believed that the basic medical services provided by the village health room could solve the common diseases ofthe villagers, 34.0% of the village doctors believed that the village clinics have provided public health services to meet the basicneeds of the villagers. CONCLUSION The village doctors＇ practicing level was low, and it should strengthen the training and updat-ing of the village doctors. Village clinics＇ equipment and drug management needed to be improved, and the government should in-crease support. Village clinics＇ service function was deficient, and it should improve the village clinics＇ function.
