益气养阴化瘀汤联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗早期糖尿病肾病的的临床疗效观察

Yiqi Yangyin Huayu Joint Pancreatic Peptide Enzyme Enteric-coated Metformin Hydrochloride Cream Treatment of Clinical Curative Effect Observation of early Diabetic Nephropathy Patients

目的探讨以益气养阴、活血化瘀为治法组成的中药益气养阴化瘀汤联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片对早期糖尿病肾病(dia-betic nephropathy,DN)的治疗效果。方法选择我中心早期糖尿病肾病患者43例,随机分为对照组23例和治疗组20例。对照组采用胰激肽原酶肠溶片及常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用益气养阴化瘀汤,连续治疗3个月,观察两组患者在症候疗效、血糖、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,Hb A1c)、尿白蛋白/肌酐比(urinary albumin to creatinine ratio,UACR)、肾小球滤过率(glomerular filtration rate,GFR)、血肌酐(serum creatinine,SCr)和血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)水平变化。结果两组在治疗前各项指标无显著差异;经过3个月治疗后,治疗组各种证候疗效改善率明显高于对照组,并且显著降低患者血糖、Hb A1c、UACR及SCr水平,提高了GFR。与治疗前相比,治疗组UACR、SCr水平及GFR亦有明显改善。结论益气养阴化瘀汤联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗早期糖尿病肾病既能改善早期糖尿病肾病患者的血糖水平,又能延缓肾功能恶化,说明益气养阴化瘀汤辅治早期糖尿病肾病的疗效优于单用西药治疗。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the curative effeet of using Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin, promoting blood circulation toremove blood stasis composition for the treatment of Yiqi Yangyin Huayu Decoction Combined with pancreatic kallikrein original en-zyme enteric coated tablets on early stage of diabetic nephropathy（DN）. METHODS 43 patients with early diabetic nephropathy wererandomly divided into control group and treatment group in 23 cases and 20 cases in the control group. Pancreatic Kininogenase En-teric-coated Tablets and the control group using conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group based on the use ofYiqi Yangyin Huayu decoction. Continuous treatment for 3 months. To observe the two groups of patients in the clinical symptoms,blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, glycosylated hemoglobin Hb A1c）, urinary albumin/creatinine ratio（urinary albumin to creati-nine ratio（UACR）, glomerular filtration rate（GFR）, serum creatinine, serum creatinine SCR）, bun（blood urea nitrogen, BUN） levelschanges. RESULTS Two groups before treatment indicators no significant difference; after 3 months of treatment,treatment group vari-ous syndromes improvement rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, and significantly reduced blood glucose,Hb A1 c, UACR and serum creatinine levels, improve the GFR. At the same time, compared with before treatment, the level of UACR,SCr and GFR in treatment group were significantly improved. CONCLUSION Yiqi Yangyin Huayu Decoction Combined with pancreat-ic kallikrein original enzyme enteric coated tablets treatment of early diabetic nephropathy both could improve blood glucose levels inpatients with early diabetic nephropathy, and can delay the deterioration of renal function, Yiqi Yangyin Huayu Decoction Treating ad-juvantly early diabetic nephropathy and its curative effect were better than single western medicine treatment.
