摘要
在阐述中铁快运原有呼叫中心系统现状及架构的基础上,针对存在的中继接入环节和节点之间的网络通道存在设计不合理因素、部署复杂和应用开发受限、电话号码归属地信息更新不灵活等问题,分析中铁快运呼叫中心系统架构优化需求,提出中铁快运呼叫中心系统架构优化设计方案。优化后的系统架构具有调整中继线路资源接入方式,精准设计分节点资源,设备及系统软件选型突出标准化、开源化、通用化和国产化的特点,具备更强的可扩展性、可运维性、兼容性和开放性。
Based on expounding the present situation and framework of original call center system in China Railway Express (CRE), this paper analyzes the optimization demand of call center system framework in CIRE in view of the problems existing in the system including unreasonable design existing in the network channel between relay access link and node, complex deployment and limited application development as well as inflexible information upgrading of telephone number location, and puts forward the design program of the optimization. After the optimization, the system framework will be provided with characteristics of adjusting the access mode of relay line resource, accurately designing sub-node resource and the model selection of equipment and the system software given prominence to standardization, open source and localization, and also will be provided with much better expandability, maintainability, compatibility and openness.
