摘要
在定性分析高速铁路存在双重效应的基础上,利用加权旅行时间模型、城市潜力模型定量分析高速铁路开通对肇庆区域的影响。结果发现,高速铁路使肇庆—广州旅客加权平均旅行时间降低约15.47%,肇庆—南宁旅客加权平均旅行时间降低29.99%,并且城市发展潜力有明显提高。因此,肇庆市应充分利用"高速铁路时代"带来的时间与空间优势,通过强化枢纽门户效应、扩容提质、区域发展转型、旅游联动、强化通畅、文化引领等路径,促进肇庆的崛起。
Based on making qualitative analysis on dual effect of high-speed railway, by using weighted travel time model and city potential model, this paper analyzes the influence of opening the high-speed railway on Zhaoqing area. The result shows that high-speed railway shortens 15.47% of Zhaoqing-Guangzhou passenger weighted average travel time and 29.99% of Zhaoqing-Nanning passenger weighted average travel time, and the city development potential is obviously increased. Zhaoqing city should make full use of the time and space advantages brought by "high-speed railway age" and promote Zhaoqing to spring up through the approaches such as strengthening gateway effect of hub, expanding capacity and increasing quality, transferring regional development, taking tourism combined development, strengthening patency and leading culture.
