The Ups and Downs of the Grand Columbia and the Integration of Latin America

大哥伦比亚的建立是拉美一体化进程中的重要历史事件,但因政治冲突、战后糟糕的经济状况、内部各地区地位差异以及军人领袖的政治图谋而分裂。在1830年后,派斯、莫纳加斯古斯曼等早期的分裂主义者,出于对玻利瓦尔主义思想的敬意以及他们的个人目的,提出了重建大哥伦比亚的想法,其中还包括在新格拉纳达和委内瑞拉掀起的、由"玻利瓦尔主义者"莫斯克拉直接授意的重建大哥伦比亚的思潮。分析大哥伦比亚的兴衰以及拉美在一体化进程中所面临的问题,能为解决当今拉美一体化所遭遇的困境提供重要启示。

The foundation of Grand Colombia is a significant historical event in the integration of Latin America. Howev- er, such progress is interfered due to political conflicts, economical depression after World War II, regional differences and military leaderships＂ political ambitions. After 1830, early separatists including Pciez, Monagas, Guzmdn, out of re- spect to Bolivarianism and personal agenda, raised the idea of rebuild the Grand Colombia. Among them, the current of thought of rebuilding the Grand Colombia directly raised by Bolivarianist Mosquera in New Granada and Venezuela. In this article, by analyzing the up and downs of Grand Colombia, issues will be introduced in the process of integration of Latin America, and advice will be given to solve such issues.
