Three Dimensional Analysis of Xi Jin-ping's Concept of Young Talents

习近平运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的世界观与方法论,围绕青年"成为什么样的人才,怎样成为这样的人才"这一有关青年成才的核心问题,提出要成为理想信念坚定、明是非善决断、练就过硬本领、勇于创新创造、矢志艰苦奋斗、锤炼高尚品格的人才,并从内外因两方面提出推动青年成才的具体要求。同时,遵循青年成才规律提出了一系列具体观点,包括立志成才、全面成才、健康成才、学习成才、实践成才、创新成才、吃苦成才、立德成才、奉献成才、环境成才等思想,从而构成了青年成才观的完整的科学体系,它是青年教育、青年成才必须坚持的重要指南,也是高校育人工作的重要准则。

Using dialectical materialism and historical materialism to deal with the core issue of the youth i. e. ＂What kind of talent, how to become such a talent＂, Xi Jin-ping proposes that to be firm in ideals and beliefs, good in decision to distinguish between right and wrong, to be acquired with excellent skills, dare to create, committed to hard work, and to be trained with noble character, and he also promotes the specific requirements of young talents from inside and outside aspects. Simultaneously, according to the regularities of the young talent growth he proposes a series of concrete ideas ineluding determined to be talents, all-round talents, to grow up healthily talents, talents through learning, talents through practice, talents through innovation and hardship, moral talents, dedication talents and talents educated in environment. These ideas constitute a complete scientific system of young talents. Xi Jin-pings concept of young talents is a guide to ac- tion for youth education and youth development, and it is also an important guide for college education.
