摘要
以某利用碳纤维护套的永磁电机为研究对象,用流—固热耦合方法对其在风扇冷却时的内部温度场进行了计算。计算表明,电机内最高温度出现在转子上被碳纤维包覆的永磁体上,在此基础上,对电机强制冷却技术在该类型永磁电机中应用特点进行了分析,指出为了进一步降低制造成本、提高寿命,现采用的冷却结构潜力有限,将来需针对永磁电机特点开发新的冷却结构。
Taking a permanent magnet motor with carbon.fiber sleeve as the research object, the inner temperature is calculated using the fluid-solid coupled method. It is indicated that the highest temperature in the motor is located at the permanent magnet sleeved the rotor. Based on this result, the application of cooling technology on this kind of permanent magnet motors is analyzed. And the potential of using the convection cooling technique is insufficient for decreasing the mamufacturing cost and increasing the life of the permanent magnet motor. It should develop new type of cooling structure Jot these proposes.
