胺碘酮联合氯吡格雷对频发室性早博冠心病患者的预后效果分析

The prognosis effect analysis of amiodarone combined with clopidogrel on frequent ventricular premature beat in patients with coronary heart disease

目的研究胺碘酮联合氯吡格雷对频发室性早博冠心病患者的预后效果分析。方法选取2013年1月-2015年1月在我院接受治疗的频发室性早搏冠心病患者140例作为研究对象,经我院医学伦理委员会批准后,将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各70例。其中对照组仅适用胺碘酮进行治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用氯吡格雷进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果对比两组患者临床症状改善情况、心率失常改善情况以及心电图改善情况,结果观察组有效率明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对比两组患者治疗前后血黏度情况,结果两组患者差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论胺碘酮与氯吡格雷在对频发室性早搏冠心病患者的治疗上有着相互协调的作用,能够显著改善患者的临床症状,值得推广应用。

Objective To research the prognosis effect analysis of amiodarone combined with clopidogrel on frequent ventricular premature beat in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 140 patients who suffered from coronary heart disease with frequent ventricular premature beat treated in my hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects, who were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 70 cases in each group, after the approval of the medical ethics committee in my hospital. The control group only received treatment with amiodarone, while the observation group received therapy with amiodarone combined with clopidogrel, the treatment effects of the two groups were observed. Results In comparison, the improvement situations of clinical symptoms, heart arrhythmias and electrocardiograms of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences had obviously statistical value（P〈0.05）. The blood viscosity between the before and after treatment of the two groups were compared, the differences of the two groups were not significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The amiodarone combined with clopidogrel on treating frequent ventricular premature beat in patients with coronary heart disease had mutual coordination effect, which could obviously improve patients＇ clinical symptoms and be worthy of promotion and application.
