通心络在冠心病介入治疗后远近期的临床效果体会

Far and near clinical effect of tongxinluo after interventional treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)

目的研究与探讨通心络在冠心病介入治疗后远近期的临床效果体会。方法选用2014年3月-2015年9月期间入住我院治疗冠心病的患者86例,随机将其分成两组,为对照组患者实施常规药物治疗,在常规药物治疗基础上,给予治疗组患者通心络胶囊,对两组患者近期疗效、远期疗效、血脂以及血液流变学指标变化等情况进行对比。结果治疗组无论是近期疗效、远期疗效、血脂情况,还是血液流变学指标变化的情况均显著优于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。结论在冠心病患者实施介入治疗后应用通心络胶囊,不但可以有效的改善血液流变学指标、改善血脂调控质量,对于近远期的疗效亦有显著作用,并且安全可靠,值得推广至相关临床中。

Objective To explore and research the far and near clinical effect of tongxinluo after interventional treatment of coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods 86 cases of patients with coronary heart disease cured in our hospital from March 2014 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups evenly.Patients in control group were treated with conventional drug,and patients in therapy group were treated with Tongxinluo on the basis of conventional drug.Short-term effect,long-term effects,blood fat and hemorheology etc.were compared. Results The treatment group,whether short-term effect,long-term efficacy,lipid profile or circumstances hemorheology were significantly better than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tongxinluo after interventional treatment of patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） can effectively improve blood rheology,and improve blood lipid regulation of quality. There was also a significant effect on the short-term and long-term efficacy. It is safe and reliable. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
