人性化护理模式对医院获得性肺炎患者治疗依从性的影响

Discusse the effect of treatment adherence of the humanized nursing model for hospital acquired pneumonia patients

目的探讨人性化护理模式对医院获得性肺炎患者治疗依从性的影响。方法将2011年3月-2015年8月我院进行治疗的160例医院获得性肺炎患者作为本次实验的研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者采用常规护理方案,观察组患者采用人性化护理模式,分别对获得性肺炎患者治疗依从性进行调查。记录两组患者发热、咳嗽等症状体征消失的时间、住院时间以及治疗依从度,并对研究结果进行分析比较。结果观察组症状体征消失的时间、住院时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组的治疗依从度（95.0%）明显优于对照组（65.0%）,两组患者的护理满意度分别为92.5%、70.0%,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论人性化护理模式能明显提高获得性肺炎患者治疗的依从性,值得大力推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of treatment adherence of the humanized nursing model for hospital acquired pneumonia patients. Methods 60 patients with acquired pneumonia which treated in our hospital from March 2011 to August 2011 were the research object,all the patients randomly were divided into observation group and control group.The control group were treated by routine nursing, the observation group were treated by humanized nursing mode. Treatment adherences of acquired pneumonia patients respectively were investigated.Recordeddisappeared time of fever, cough and other symptoms and signs of two groups,the length of time and treatment adherence were analyzed and compared. Results Symptoms and signs disappeared time of observation group, the length of time was significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）,the compliance degree（95.0%） of observation group was obviously better than the control group（65.0%）,the patients satisfaction of two groups with nursing care were 92.5%, 70.0%, the differences of two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanized nursing mode can significantly improve compliance of the treatment of acquired pneumonia patients,it is worth for promoting the application.
