护理风险管理在精神障碍患者饮食不安全因素中应用的效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨护理风险管理在精神障碍患者饮食不安全因素中应用的效果。方法选取2013年1月-2016年1月我院收治的200例精神障碍患者作为研究对象,按照护理管理方法的不同将其分为风险管理组和对照组,每组各100例,对照组给予常规护理、饮食护理及安全管理,风险管理组在对照组的基础上同时进行饮食护理风险管理,比较两组患者依从性、饮食突发意外事件、护理满意度和自我管理能力(包括自理能力、掌握安全饮食意识、掌握心理状态表达)。结果风险管理组患者总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组67.0%,且两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);风险管理组患者依从性、护理满意度生活自理能力掌握率、饮食安全意识掌握率、心理状态表达率均明显优于常规护理组,而饮食突发意外事件发生率明显低于对照组,均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论实施饮食护理风险管理,有助于降低精神障碍患者饮食突发意外事件发生率,确保护理安全。 Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management in mental disorders dietary insecurity. Methods 200 cases of patients with mental disorders cured in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected as the study objects and divided into risk management group and control group with 100 cases in each according to the difference of management methods.Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing,diet nursing and safety management,and patients in risk management group were treated with diet nursing risk management on the basis of control group.Patient compliance,food emergency,nursing satisfaction and self-management ability(including taking care of themselves, grasping the sense of safe diet,mastering the expression of psychological state) of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of risk management group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 67.0%,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).Patient compliance,nursing satisfaction,mastery rate of self-care ability,mastery rate of sense of safe diet,mastery rate of expression of psychological state of risk management group were all significantly better than those of control group.The incidence of food emergencies of risk management group was significantly lower than that of control group,and all the differences have statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Implementation of diet nursing risk management helps to reduce the incidence of food emergencies in patients with mental disorders,to ensure the safety of nursing.
