摘要 随着我国铝电解节能降耗的发展,新型阴极钢棒技术在国内电解铝行业已经发展了一段时间,该技术的主要创新点是改变阴极钢棒的结构、尺寸和组装工艺,在电解槽运行过程中显著降低铝液中的水平电流,提高电解槽磁流体稳定性,实现电解槽的高效平稳生产,达到降低电解铝能耗的目的。 With the development of aluminium electrolysis energy saving technology in our country, the new cathode steel stick technology has developed for quite a period in domestic electrolytic aluminum industry. The main innovation points of this technology is to change the cathode steel bar structure, size and assembly process, to significantly reduce the level cur- rent through the aluminum liquid in the process of electrolytic tank operation, and enhance stability of cell magnetic fluid, realizing high-efficient and steady production of electrolytic cell, achieving the purpose of reducing the energy consumption in the electrolytic aluminium production.
