510MPa级汽车大梁钢带冷弯P字型管R角开裂原因分析

摘要 从化学成分、金相组织、生产工艺等方面对冷弯P字管R角开裂原因进行分析,找到影响开裂的主要因素,进而开展优化工作,为冷成型用汽车用钢工艺制度奠定基础,提高热轧原料卷冷加工成型性。 From the aspects of chemical composition, metallographic structure, fabrication process, the reason for R angle cracking of the cold-bended P-type tube was analyzed, and the main factors that affect cracking were found out. Then optimization work was carried out on the composition design and processing system. It lays the foundation for the selection of the steel materials for cohl-bending in car fabrication, and the formability of hot rolled steel is improved.
