摘要
ACS 6000传动装置是ABB公司基于模块化设计思路开发的兆瓦级中压变频器,在酒钢集团榆钢双高线(年产160万t高速热轧盘条)工程得到了实际应用。本文结合榆钢高线使用的情况,简要分析其工作原理及结构形式、控制系统,并介绍在调试和生产实践中发生的故障,分析了故障产生的原因,提出了解决办法。
ACS 6000 drive unit is a megawatt medium voltage inverter developed by ABB company, based on a modular design, and was applied to the double high-speed hot-rolling wire rod line of Yuzhong Steel, with annual production capacity of 1.6 million tons of high speed steel wire rod. In view of the application condition in the high-speed hot-rolling line, a brief analysis was carried out on the working principle and structure, control systems. Failure occurred in commissioning and production practice was introduced, and the reason for the failure was analyzed, and respective solution was proposed.
