摘要
煤气混合过程是一个将两种或两种以上的煤气按照一定比例进行混合利用的过程,是一个复杂的工业过程,具有多变量耦合、非线性、难以建立数学模型等特点,应用传统的PID控制方法难以满足工业现场生产的需要。目前,人工智能控制方法为解决这一多变量、强耦合的复杂工业过程提供了强有力的工具。以酒钢400万t选矿厂第五煤气混合加压站作为研究对象,针对其煤气混合过程提出了前馈+PID的混合煤气压力控制、基于模糊控制技术的混合煤气热值控制,并进行了工业应用,通过实际应用效果的分析,证明了所提出的提高智能控制方法的可行性。
Gas mixing process is a complex industrial process, which mixes two or more kinds of gas according to certain proportion and has a characteristic of multivariable coupling, nonlinear, difficult to model and so on. It is difficult to satisfy the industrial production only by applying traditional PID control strategy. Currently, artificial intelligence control approach provides a powerful tool to control multi-variable, strongly-coupled complex industrial processes. The fifth pressurized gas mixing station of Jiugang 4,000,000 tons iron processing plant is studied as object. Hybrid gas pressure control method based on feedforward + PID and calorific control method based on fuzzy control technology were proposed. The feasibility of intelligent control method is proved verified by analysis of industrial application.
