益气复脉注射液治疗心力衰竭有效性和安全性的Meta分析

A Meta-analysis on effectiveness and safety of Yiqifumai Injection in the treatment of heart failure

目的系统评价益气复脉注射液治疗心力衰竭的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索PubMed、中国生物医学数据库（CBM）等电子数据库中应用益气复脉注射液治疗心力衰竭的随机对照试验（RCT）。在严格质量评价的基础上，采用RevMan5-3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入11个RCT，共879例患者。Meta分析结果显示，常规治疗联合益气复脉注射液治疗心力衰竭的总有效率[OR=4．45，95％CI：2．62．7．56，P〈0．00001]、左心室射血分数[MD=4．50，95％CI：3．09～5．91，P〈0．00001]及血浆脑钠肽[SMD=1．02，95％CI：0．40～1．63．P=0．001]优于单纯常规治疗。结论西医常规治疗联合益气复脉注射液治疗心力衰竭具有更好的效果，并不增加不良反应。受纳入研究数量和质量所限，上述结论可能存在偏倚，需开展更多高质量研究予以验证。

Objective To statistically review the curative effect and safety of Yiqifumai Injection in the treatment of heart failure. Methods The databases of PubMed, CBM and others were retrieved for collecting the randomized controlled trials （RCT） about the treatment of heart failure with Yiqifumai Injection. On the base of strict evaluation on quality, the data was given Mate-analysis by using RevManS.3 software. Results There were 11 RCTs included involving 879 patients. The Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate [OR = 4.45, 95%CI： 2.62-7.56, P 〈 0.000 01], the left ventricular ejection fraction [MD = 4.50, 95%CI： 3.09-5.91, P 〈 0.000 01] and the brain natriuretic peptide [SMD = 1.02, 95%CI： 0.40-1.63, P = 0.001] of routine treatment combined with Yiqifumai Injection was better than that of only routine treatment. Conclusion Routine treatment combined with Yiqifumai Injection has better curative effect on heart failure and less adverse reactions. Because of the number and quality of included RCTs in this study is poor, the conclusions above may exist bias, more RCTs with high quality are needed for confirming this tendency.
