穴药结合治疗上海本地更年期综合征患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint therapy in the treatment of climacteric syndrome in Shanghai local female patients

目的探讨穴药结合治疗上海地区更年期综合征患者的临床效果。方法选取2013年3月。2015年12月在上海交通大学医学院附属同仁医院中医科门诊就诊的98例上海本地患者，将其分为三组，其中32例为结合治疗组，33例患者为中药汤剂组，33例为穴位按摩组。治疗4周后分析三组患者Kupperman评分变化，并进行综合分析。结果三组治疗前Kupperman评分比较差异无统计学意义（F=0．05，P〉0．05）。三组治疗后Kupperman评分比较，差异有高度统计学意义（F=9．06，P〈0．01），其中中药汤剂组、穴位按摩组Kupperman评分均显著高于结合治疗组，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。三组治疗后Kupperman评分均较治疗前显著下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。而根据Kupperman评分所进行的疗效评价显示，结合治疗组的总有效率达到93．75％，中药汤剂组的总有效率为63．64％，而穴位按摩组的总有效率为39．39％，三组总有效率比较差异有高度统计学意义（χ^2=21．25，P〈0．01）。结论对于高压力地区上海女性，应用穴药结合疗法治疗更年期综合征具有一定的临床效果，可进行进一步的研究。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint therapy in the treatment of climacteric syndrome in Shanghai local female patients. Methods Ninety-eight Shanghai local patients in Outpatient Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Tongren Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from March 2013 to December 2015 were selected and divided into three groups, including 32 cases in the combination therapy group, 33 cases in the herbal decoction group and 33 cases in the acupoint massage group, then the changes of Kupperman scores after treatment for 4 weeks in the three groups were analyzed. Results The Kupperman scores in the three groups before treatment had no statistically significant differences （F = 0.05, P 〉 0.05）, after treatment, the Kupperman scores in the three groups had statistically significant differences （F = 9.06, P 〈 0.01）, among which, the Kupperman scores in the herbal decoction group and acupoint massage group were all significantly higher than that of combination therapy group, the differences were all statistically significant （all P 〈 0.05）. The Kupperman scores of the three groups after treatment were all lower than those before treatment （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. According to the Kupperman score for evaluation of curative effect, the total effective rate of combination therapy group reached to 93.75%, which of herbal decoction group was 63.64%, which of acupoint massage group was 39.39%, the difference was highly statistically significant （χ^2=21.25, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion For stressful cities such as female in Shanghai, traditional Chinese medicine combined with aeupoint therapy in the treatment of climacteric syndrome has certain curative effect, which can be used for further research.
