北京地区健康成人红细胞及网织红细胞相关新参数参考区间的建立及验证 被引量:11

Establishment and verification of the reference range of the new parameters related to red blood cells and reticulocytes of healthy adults in Beijing

摘要 目的确立北京地区健康成人红细胞和网织红细胞相关新参数的生物参考区间,为临床诊疗贫血性疾病和判定标本是否溶血提供依据。方法收集2014年9月~2015年3月中国中医科学院西苑医院体检中心健康体检者的静脉血448例,采用Sysmex XE-5000全自动血液分析仪检测网织红细胞血红蛋白含量(Ret—He)、红细胞血红蛋白含量(RBC—He)、Ret—He与RBC—He之差(D—He)、低色素红细胞百分比(Hypo—He%)、高色素红细胞百分比(Hyper—He%)、红细胞碎片百分率(FRC%)、小红细胞百分比(MicroR%)、大红细胞百分比(MacroR%),用于建立上述参数的生物参考区间。Ret—He、RBC—He采用均数±1.96标准差(±1.96s)作为95%生物参考区间。D—He、FRC%、Hypo—He%、Hyper—He%、MicroR%、MacroR%以第2.5至第97.5百分位数(P2.5~P97.5)作为95%的参考区间。结果北京地区健康成人红细胞及网织红细胞相关新参数生物参考区间如下:Ret—He:29.25~33.83Pg:RBC—He:26.52-30.04Pg;D—He:男1.51~4.89Pg、女1.73-4.24Pg;FRC%:男0-0.29%、女0~0.57%;Hyper—He%:男0.40%~0.60%、女0.26%-0.60%;MicroR%:男0.60%一1.70%、女0.60%~1.60%;Hypo—He%:0.20%~0.78%:MacroR%:8.45%~17.40%。结论不同地区人群的红细胞及网织红细胞相关新参数生物参考区间存在差异,有必要建立不同地区的生物参考区间,相关参数对贫血性疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断具有辅助作用。FRC%对判定标本是否合格具有参考价佰. Objective To establish reference intervals of some new parameters for red blood cells and reticulocytes in Beijing area and provide evidence of diagnosis for anemia disease and identify whether specimen hemolysis. Methods Venous blood of 448 cases heahhy control from September 2014 to March 2015 in Physical Examination Center of Xiyuan Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences was collected. Reticuloeyte hemoglobin content (Ret-He), red blood cell hemoglobin (RBC-He), difference of Ret-He and RBC'He (D-He), percentage of hypoehromia RBC (Hypo-He%), percentage of hyperchromia RBC (Hyper-He%), fragments of red blood cell (FRC%), percentage of microcyte (MicroR%), percentage of macroeyte (MacroR%) using Sysmex XE,-5000 automatic blood analyzer. The reference intervals for Ret-He and RBC-He expressed as Mean ±1.96 standard deviations (±1.96s) and for D-He, FRC%, Hypo-He%, Hyper-He%, MicroR% and MaeroR% described as percentile from 2.5 to 97.5 (P2.5-P97.5)- Results Reference in- tervals (±1.96s) of Ret-He, RBC-He were 29.25-33.83 pg and 26.52-30.04 pg in Beijing area. Reference intervals (Pzs-P97.5) were 1.51-4.89 pg in male and 1.73-4.24 pg in female for D-He, 0-0.29% in male and 0-0.57% in female for FRC%, 0.40%-0.60% in male and 0.26%-0.60% in female for Hyper-He%, 0.60%-1.70% in male and 0.60%- 1.60% in female for MieroR%, 0.20%-0.78% for Hypo-He% and 8.45%-17.40% for MaeroR% respectively. Conclusion It is necessary to establish the reference interval of Ret-He, RBC-He, D-He, MaeroR%, MicroR%, FRC%, Hy- per-He%, Hypo-He%. It will benefit diagnosis and differential diagnosis to anemia disease and contribute to identify whether specimen hemolysis.
