摘要
目的:探索种植支抗对于磨牙压低的临床应用的可行性。方法德州市立医院口腔修复正畸科成人病例33例,其中男性患者9例,女性患者24例,年龄在22~45岁,平均33岁。因上颌磨牙伸长无法进行修复治疗,前来正畸门诊要求进行磨牙压低技术。选取自攻型螺纹钉植入伸长牙的颊舌侧作为骨支抗,用橡皮链进行轻力压低4~6个月。结果治疗后测量磨牙压低2.80~3.10 mm,平均2.95 mm。正畸治疗结束后患者达到正常的覆覆盖,修复前正畸患者矫治至缺牙区能进行常规修复。磨牙平均压低3.1 mm。结论应用种植体作支抗能有效地压低磨牙,为某些错合畸形的矫治提供了新思路。种植支抗植入部位灵活,创伤小,加载力量精确可控制,可以广泛地应用于牙齿的压低移动。
Objective To investigate the feasibility for maxillary molars intrusion with implants anchorage.Methods 33 cases were turned from Department of Prosthodontics,Ninth People's Hospital of Traditional Jiaotong University.There were 9 males and 2~4 females,aging from 22 to 45 years with average age of 33 years.They wanted to depress elongate molar becouse of rehabilitation treatment.We implanted Screw producted in CiXi,NingBo as bone anchorage in cheek tongue side of elongation tooth.We had been given the strength for 46 months with the rubber chain. Results Maxillary molar was depressed 2.80~3.10 millimeters before or after treatment,average 2.95 millimeters. Conclusion Mini-implants transplant vivid,the wound is small,adding a strength precision can control,broadly applied to a depressing of tooth.
