摘要
根管治疗主要包括根管预备、根管消毒、根管充填。根管预备是彻底去除根管内容物从而预防感染的关键,因此充分的根管预备与根管治疗的成功与否息息相关。C型根管被公认为较难治疗的根管类型,其解剖结构复杂,尤其是根管峡区的预备难度更大。目前还无法找到能够完善的预备C型根管的方法,只能探索一种最有效的预备方法。本文的目的是综述近些年来C型根管的预备方法的发展变化及研究进展。
Root canal therapy include root canal preparation, root canal disinfection and root canal filling.Root canal preparation is the key to thoroughly remove the contents. So root canal preparation is closely related to the success of root canal treatment.C-shaped root canal is more difficult types, its anatomical structure is complex,especially isthmuses .hither to, it is unable to find a good method to prepare it, only explore the most effective method. The purpose of this paper is to review the recent development and advancement in the C-shaped root canal preparation.
