口腔颌面部骨折患者的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing of patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures

目的：探究口腔颌面部骨折患者围手术期的临床护理效果。方法选取2013年9月～2015年8月本院收治的口腔颌面部骨折病人60例的临床资料作为研究对象，回顾分析其临床信息资料，探究在口腔颌面部骨折患者中，给予围手术期护理服务，观察其临床应用效果，并总结有效护理方法。结果通过对60例病人的临床信息资料的回顾分析可发现，病人在经过围手术期的护理服务后，其疾病治疗的有效率高达98.34%。结论在口腔颌面部骨折患者中，给予围手术期护理服务，具有较好的诊治以及护理疗效，在一定程度上明显提高疾病诊治的总体效率，提高骨折的愈合效果，加快病人的康复，同时有效的提高病人生活质量。

Objective To investigate the oral and maxillofacial fractures in patients given perioperative care to observe the clinical effect and summarizes the effective methods of care. Methods Selecting 60 cases of oral and maxillofacial fracture patient in our hospital clinical information from September in 2013 to August in 2015 as an object of study,retrospective analysis of clinical information,inquiry in oral and maxillofacial fractures in patients given around operative care to observe the clinical effect and summarizes the effective methods of care. Results 60 patients in the retrospective analysis of clinical information can be found,the patient after a perioperative care,the disease treatment efficiency up to 98.34%.Conclusions in oral and maxillofacial fractures in patients given perioperative care,treatment and care has a good effect,can significantly enhance the effectiveness of the treatment of diseases,improve fracture healing effect,speed up the rehabilitation of patients,while effectively improve patient quality of life.
