山莨菪碱的新用途

New application of anisodamine

目的研究山莨菪碱治疗取印模过程中发生恶心、呕吐的有效性。方法选取试用托盘时发生明显恶心的患者,在取印模前30分钟口服山莨菪碱10 mg,再取印模,并观察病人的恶心、呕吐反应情况。结果服用山莨菪碱的患者的恶心、呕吐反应明显减轻,取模工作顺利,并且取得的印模精确度相对较高。结论在试用托盘时患者就有明显的恶心、呕吐反应者,在取印模前口服山莨菪碱可获得良好的效果。

Objective To study the treatment effectiveness of nausea and vomiting impressions in anisodamine.Methods Try to choose tray occurs obviously sick patients,in taking impression before 30 minutes oral mountain 654-2 10mg,reassume impression and observe the patient＆#39;s nausea and vomiting. Results Taking significantly reduced nausea and vomiting patients with anisodamine,modulo work smoothly,and get the impression accuracy is relatively high.Conclusion In the trial tray patients have significant nausea and vomiting reaction in impression of oral anisodamine can obtain good effect.
