膏体技术在新疆滴水铜矿尾矿堆存中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了新疆滴水铜矿采用膏体技术堆存浮选尾矿的工艺流程、设备配置及生产情况。浮选尾矿细颗粒含量很高(-20um级别的物料占66.59%),选用艾法史密斯设计和制造的直径和侧壁深均为18m的膏体充填深锥浓密机,添加用量约为30—40g/t干固体的聚丙烯酰胺,制备得到固体质量浓度约为6l%的膏体尾矿。由于深锥浓密机的排矿浓度较低,膏体尾矿输送管路阻力小,采用一段浓浆泵就可以实现尾矿库放矿,且长时间停车,管路不堵塞。 The process flow, device configuration and production status of using paste technology to stockpile flotation tailings in Dishui chalcopyrite of Xinjiang were introduced. Fine particle content of flotation tailings is high ( - 20um level accounts for 66.59% ). Selecting deep cone thickener with diameter and lateral depth are both 18 m designed and manufactured by FL Smidth and adding polyacrylamide with dosage about 30 -40 g/t dry solid, the paste tailings with solid concentration about 61% can be made. Due to the discharge concentration of deep cone thickener is relatively low, the resistance of conveying pipeline is small, and using a period starch liquid pump can achieve drawing paste to tailings pond, and pipeline will not be blocked when it stop running for a long time.
