高职顶岗实习精细化管理的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Fine Management of Post Practice in Higher Vocational Education

顶岗实习“工学结合”人才培养模式中培养学生综合职业能力的关键教学环节，在实践教学体系中具有无可替代的作用。本文以西安铁路职业技术学院电气工程系的做法为例，提出了积极有效的顶岗实习管理办法。

The internship is the the key teaching process in training students＇comprehensive professional ability in＂ work integrated learning＂talent cultivation mode, it has an irreplaceable role in practical teaching system. Based on the practice of Electrical Engineering Department of Xi＇ an Railway Vocational and Technical Institute, this paper puts forward some positive and effective management measures for students＇post practice.
