摘要
本文立足于高职教学现状及翻转课堂的潜在优势,探讨基于微课的高职翻转课堂教学的意义,指出翻转课堂教学模式在高职教学过程中面临的挑战,旨在通过高职教学中实施翻转课堂教学,进而为解决高职教学改革中遇到的问题,优化高职课堂教学效果,为提高高职学生自主学习能力和协作学习能力提供新的途径,同时也促进提高职教师专业化发展。
Based on the potential advantages of higher vocational education status and flipped classroom, this paper tries to describe the significance of flipped classroom based on micro course teaching in vocational colleges. The challenges that flipped classroom teaching mode is facing in the teaching process of higher vocational education are pointed out. The purpose is through implementation of the flipped classroom teaching in higher vocational education, to solve the problems encountered in the teaching reform and to optimize the classroom teaching, to provide new ways for improving higher vocational college students'autonomous learning ability and cooperation ability of study, and to promote the improvement of the teachers'professional development.
