大学生自我效能感、学习动机与学习倦怠的关系

摘要 本研究采用一般自我效能感量表、学习动机量表、青少年学习倦怠量表对406名大学生进行测查和统计分析,探讨大学生自我效能感、学习动机与学习倦怠的关系。通过对自我效能感、学习动机与学习倦怠数据之间的统计分析,结果发现,自我效能感与学习动机呈显著正相关,而与学习倦怠呈显著负相关,学习动机与学习倦怠呈显著负相关;自我效能感及学习动机的维度中求知兴趣、能力追求对学习倦怠有显著的负向预测作用,而学习动机的维度中声誉获取、利他取向对学习倦怠有显著的正向预测作用。 In this study, the general self efficacy scale, learning motivation scale, adolescent learning burnout scale are applied to 406 students by survey and statistical analysis ,aims to investigate the relationship between the students'self - efficacy,learning motivation and learning burnout. Based on data statistical analysis on self - efficacy,learning moti- vation and learning burnout,the result shows that self - efficacy and learning motivation have a positive correlation, but shows a negative correlation with learning burnout. Self - efficacy and learning interest in learning motivation, abil- ity to pursue on learning burnout has significant negative prediction function, and dimensions in reputation acquisition of learning motivation, altruistic orientation on learning burnout have significant positive predictive effect.
