“2+1”人才培养模式下学生管理的探讨

摘要 铁道工程技术专业结合自身办学特点,实行2+1人才培养模式,毕业生的专业能力和综合素质得到了企业的认可。但最后一年学生分散在各个工区进行顶岗实习,对学生的安全管理和实习管理产生了很大的影响。基于学生在现场进行顶岗实习的管理经验,对2+1人才培养模式下顶岗实习学生管理制度的建立和健全进行探讨。 Combined with its own characteristics of running a school, the Railway Engineering Technology Specialty implements 2 + 1 personnel training mode, the professional ability and comprehensive quality of graduates are recognized by the enterprise. But in their last school year, internships students are scattered in each work area, it produced a great impact to student's safety and practice management. Based on management experience of students in the field of post practice, the establishment and improvement of students management system is discussed based on 2 + 1 talent training mode.
