学生参加企业顶岗实习，这是高职教学中一个重要的环节。文章分析顶岗实习学生的心理，对存在这样心理产生的原因进行分析，指出解决这些问题的方法。

Students＇participation in the practice is an important part of teaching in higher vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the psychology of student internships, the reasons of such psychological problems are analyzed, and the methods to solve these problems are proposed.
