摘要
本文提出一种基于电梯曳引机电流曲线分析的电梯平衡系数检测方法,改进和完善了传统的载荷—电流平衡系数测试方法,通过分析电梯上、下全过程运行时曳引机的电流曲线,实现以直观可视的图形曲线表征曳引机的工作状态和自动计算电梯的平衡系数,同时具有测试耗时少,效率高,检测数据无人为因素干扰的特点。
This paper proposed a kind of elevator balance coefficient inspection method based on elevator traction machine current curve, to improve and complete the traditional load-current balance coefficient testing method. By analyzing current curve of traction machine in its whole running process, the visual graph representation for working condition of tractor and auto-calculation of elevator balance coefficient is realized, with the characteristic of less time consuming, high efficiency, no interference from human.
