摘要 随着锅炉节能要求日趋严格,锅炉排烟温度降低,尾部低温受热面腐蚀严重。本文通过理论公式计算,研究燃料类型、过量空气系数以及燃料含硫量对酸露点温度的影响,确定燃料含硫量对酸露点温度影响最为明显,硫元素含量下降2%,酸露点温度下降30℃以上。因此,燃料脱硫与防腐材料的合理利用,可以在保证合理的排烟温度和锅炉条件下,避免低温腐蚀发生。 With the increasing requirements of boiler energy saving, the flue gas temperature was reduced, and the low temperature corrosion in tail heating surface was serious. In this paper, the influence of fuel type, excess air ratio and fuel sulfur content on the dew point temperature was researched by theoretical formula. It was pointed that the fuel sulfur content could significantly affect acid dew point temperature. If the sulfur content decreased 2%, the acid dew point temperature dropped more than 30℃ . Therefore, the rational use of fuel desulfurization and anticorrosion material, can avoid low temperature corrosion under the reasonable condition of exhaust temperature.
